1. No Returns Policy

  • All products sold on our website are non-returnable.
  • As mangoes are perishable items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit. If you receive:

  • Damaged mangoes
  • Spoiled or defective products
  • Incorrect items

Please contact us within 24 HOURS of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Order details

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A refund

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed in cases of:
    • Damaged or spoiled products
    • Incorrect items delivered
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy
